Watcha eat today
Hey gang, its time for my daily watcha eat today question.
I have not had a good day for eating. I am not sure why. I have not been hungry or even wanting food today. So, I have done the best I could.
Before Breakfast 4oz 2%milk
Breakfast 3 bites weight control oatmeal
Lunch 3 bites chicken salad, 1 piece of cheese
Snack nothing
Diner maybe more chicken salad or fat free re fried beans
Snack don't know yet
Fluids, today its been low 8oz milk, 16oz water.
Exercise none today other than walking around the house.

i am about 5 weeks since surgery.able to eat a few more bites each day but still eat like a very small child.for breakfast i had suger free oatmeal and decaf coffee.lunch was turkey chiloi with cheese.snack sugar free fruitpop.supper i had a veggie burger with cheese(ate almost all but 2 bites and one scrambled egg.for a snack i'm having a sugar free pudding.i drink alot all during the day.feeling good. cathy
Breakfast: cheerios Yum!
Snack: nothin' today
Lunch: 1/8 piece string cheese & 1/4 c. tomato soup
Snack: sugar-free fruit bar (strawberry)
Dinner: 1/8 c. ham, 2 broccoli flowerettes, 2 T. potatoes
Today has definitely been a milk day--I think I've had three glasses! I've had about 50-something ounces of water, and about 15 ounzes left before bedtime.
Today I think I finally learned to dislike any pasta or rice. So far, three of the four times I ate it I ended up getting sick. It's because even though I leave it until last to eat (first protein, then veggie, then whatever else), it seems to expand and within 15 minutes I get sick. Hey, and I'm ok with no pasta or rice I consider myself lucky to toss it out of my diet so easily (I was a carb-o-holic, for sure!).
