Watcha eat today????
Hey everyone, I am going to try and keep this an on going thing.
Before Breakfast 8oz milk
Breakfast 1egg scrambled
Snack 4oz milk
Lunch 2oz fat free refried beans
Snack tried eatting sf pudding. Did not go down well.
Din. 2oz home made beef stew
Today has been a strange day for me with food. I ate breakfast ok, luch was ok, then the pudding just did not sit well with me. I have eaten it several times before and not had the pain in my chest feeling. So, I will wait a few days and try it again. I cannot wait to have the beefstew. My friend made it a few months ago and I froze it then.
I have not gotten a lot of liquids in today. Other than the milk. When the pudding did not go down well, I waited @ 20 mins and tried to drink some crystal lite. It did the same thing the pudding did. Made this strange feeling in my chest. I will wait for an hour or so and try the water again.
Exercise, I walked around wal-mart and k-mart. Other than that, I have been at home cleaning.

1/4 c yogurt
Dinner Procomplex Vanilla made with
Orange sunrise Crystal Lite 6 oz. no ice
Tastes like an orange julius
Finally found chewable calc citrate today - couldn't face the Citrical horse pills just yet. They are ok flavorwise. Optisource chewable multi is fabulous flavor. Tried the smoothie Procomplex made with ice and egg - caused some pretty good gas pains - won't do that again.
Now that I have to take iron twice a day things get a little crowded timewise. Hopefully I'll be done with that in 6 weeks.
I'm 9 days out and doing ok - looking forward to some real food - even pureed sounds luscious right now (smile)

Well, for breakfast I had "body fortress" protein powder-chocolate in 1 cup skim milk-in the blender with some ice-tasted like a Wendy's Frosty
Lunch-couple bites of scalloped potatoes, couple bites of mixed veggies and the inside of a Chicken Lean Pocket.
Dinner?? Not hungry yet and it's getting late-might just have some WOW potato chips and a string cheese.
Drank a cup of decaff and some Walmart brand Crystal light-32 oz of morning sunrise.
Walked a little over a mile on the treadmill.
I always like to read these threads to get ideas on what and how much to eat.
