Denied - surgery tomorrow

I was supposed to have my surgery tomorrow 12/29. Just got my call from the doctors office that I've been denied. The kicker is that the doctors office has me as 1/2" taller than I am. The hospital has my height as the correct. Due to the doctors office, I am 'underweight'!!!! Get that. I can't believe this. Hours before my surgery and I can't have this done. I am so upset, I am sitting here crying.

Patricia, Wish I was nearby to give you a big hugg. I know how disappointed you must be -- but hang in there. Things happen for a reason and maybe your surgery is just supposed to be delayed for a little bit. Keep visualizing a successful surgery and it WILL happen. Sending you positive energy. Ann

I am sorry to hear that. Does your dr schedule your surgery before you get okayed by your insurance? I am sure since it was a mistake, it will be fixed. Dont worry. I will keep you in my thoughts.
