I was on a 1000 calorie a day diet the week before. I might have cheated a little on seven of those days. Scott

I was put on a 2 week pre-op diet of nor more than 30 grams of carbs, and at least 70 grams of protein. The day before surgery, nothing but clear liquids. Constance

It is Xmas and i am gonna to eat my fav potatoes out alone on Xmas until i feeel sick thinking of them.Know this will turn me off them for very long time. I have clear fluids, stool softeners 2 days prior. Alone, family in another state pre to moving w/job. I am going out for dinner!Got my spray b12, sprinkle vitamins, unjury.com protein.READY!
