Is it just tha****er fills up the pouch space? Or, are there other reasons not to have water? I've been told not to have water within 30 minutes prior to the meal, or up to 30 minutes after the meal, and not during the meal.
The water/liquid washes the food down faster so you dont absorb what good you are getting from the food you CAN eat..And it fills up your space.. stretches your pouch.. leave the liquids aside...drink between meals..
