I am home
Jo,
My doctor was going to send me home with the drainage tube in because I was expelling so much fluid. I was even emptying it in the hospital with the assistance of the nurses. At the last minute ordered it removed.
I have been staying with a friend who has been changing my bandage every couple of hours because it drains through and soils my clothes. I called Dr Prewitt yesterday in a panic. He told me it was normal and to use a sanitary pad
instead of regular gauze bandages. This morning when I woke up the pad was dry.
Therefore YMMV. Good Luck!
C~
Good luck
