Today I am going to finally get everthing else I need to begin my new life. I have somethings like broth, cib, s/f jello, s/f pudding, apple juice, lite cranberry juice. I also have tuna, and eggs. So, if anyone has anything else they can think of that I need to add to what I have please let me know. Thanks, Melissa

As far as food goes, I have had some lowfat small curd cottage cheese, fruits (fresh or all natural canned with no sugar or heavy syrup added usually in the organic section)that can be pureed, fruit juices that are 100% juice with no sugar added, lowfat sour cream, lowfat butter, some milk or some soy milk, protein drinks or ensure drinks, sugar-free popsicles, refried beans, water, crystal lite flavors of your liking, flavored non-caloric sugar-free waters, instant mashed potatoes (you'll need the milk and butter for those), and... I'll be thinking. Aside from food, I wished I had a nasal aspirator for the two or three days when I could blow hard enough to clear my nose. I also ADORE my infant gas drops. I swallow two small droppers full whenever my tumbly is rumbly. It helped a lot. Gotta get that gas moving out! Beneprotein is great to be added to protein shakes to up the protein content. You can add it to milk and no sugar added Carnation instant breakfast or to a protein shake. I have read that you can't utilize more than 30mg of protein at once. I usually add to or three scoops to each shake a drink to get the protein up to 30mg. In just two of those shakes you can get your days protein in. Hope this helps.
