Ready and waiting

Kathy, Tell me....where the first few weeks as bad as I am afraid they are going to be??? I just think about the food that I am supposed to buy ..and I get really nervous...thinking about it.. Tell me how the first few weeks were...THANKS Terry

Hey Terry~ The first time I had to start eating I sat at the table and started crying.....all the food just scared me. I followed my doctor's and nutritionist's advice "to a "T" always." That is something you must do!!! Don't scrimp or sway a bit ~ you do fantastically. Remember: your life will change and NEVER EVER be the same. YOU WILL NEVER EAT, DRINK, OR LIVE LIKE YOU WERE PRIOR TO SURGERY..... You will be forever changed and living!!!! I am livingnow and trully love life.
