December 16th WOOHOO

I only have 15 more days and I have sooooooo much to do before ... Im so Excited..... does anyone else have this date and are going to the Barix clinic in Yippsy?? (((HUGS))) Dori

I have the 16th but I am going to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center here in Maryland. Can't wait for that day to come and I know it'll be here in no time. JaNae

I have surgery December 16th as well. I am so excited and I can't wait. I am having my surgery at East Carolina University done by Dr. Kenneth MacDonald. He is so knowledgeable and I feel honored to have him work on me. He is a past president of the ASBS. I guess if you can be president of the bariatric surgeons you must know a whole lot. I can't wait to see how things go with me. I have alot of weigh to lose (300 lbs) and he has worked with alot of super obese people. I hope to see next Christmas as merely obese. Pray for me and I'll pray for you. Vickie BTW- Do you guys have angels for your surgery yet?

Congratulations to you! My Angel is Letty A., a person that I met while in another forum. I wasn't going to get an Angel because I didn't think that I needed one at first but I met Letty in the Christianity Forum and she and I had so mu*****ommon that I asked her to be my Angel. I could have chosen my sister who had the surgery this past year and is doing well but it just worked out that Letty agreed to be my Angel. Good luck to you!

Dori, Congrats on your date for your re-birth. I am from Ionia and my sister in law is also from Ionia. She just had her surgery this morning at Barix in Ypsi. I had mine on 2-22-2005 in Ypsi as well. You will be in great hands. I wish you the best of luck. Email me anytime if you have questions or concerns, you are in the ride of your life girlfriend!!!!
