12/29/05 Scared?

I am not scared, just thinking about the 2 week liquid diet that is required. The food after should be really interesting. I really need some help in this dept. I really don't know what I should and shouldn't eat. I think it is from year of blocking it out.

I know what you mean about all liquids. I go in Dec 12th. I went to GNC today to get all liguid protein, vitamins, calcium citrate, and liquid B-12. I do not intend to loose my hair..... Thats the only thing I am really afraid of Beverly White Galveston
