WOW. IT IS LESS THAN 3 WEEKS AWAY. I CAN'T WAIT BUT I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE PAIN. ALSO, I NEED TO LOSE 7 MORE LBS. I NEED ENCOURAGEMENT. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON QUICK LOSING? A MONTH OF STEROIDS IS MESSING ME UP. THANKS FOR LISTENING.

Best of luck on the 9th - I am hopefully going on the 12th of December. I drank tons of water to take of a few extra for my last appointment. With the steroids that will be tough. But you have come this far so go for it.
