Pure Vanilla

I WAS the baker and that is what got me into all this trouble to start with. Its getting to holiday time. My brother just gave me 6 bottles of the good stuff PURE VANILLA and not counting the three I already had. What I need are things to do with all of this vanilla that does not incclude 5 lbs of sugar and flour to go with it. Any thing people. The good stuff will last forever but 9 bottles is a long forever Thanks PK

I'm not much of a baker, but I have been experimenting once in a while with baking with Splenda; doesn't make what you're baking calorie-free but it helps a little. You might try the recipe board?

Hi! A treat that I like to have (for protein especially) is to make hot cocoa with skim milk, cocoa powder, splenda, and a dash of vanilla. It won't use 9 bottles fast, but it's one more thing....
