Drum Roll Please

Went to see my primary doctor today - and I am dow to 205lbs - 85 lbs down and 15 to get to goal - she was very please with me - was displeased at the reaction on my surgeon when i last saw him - told me that I have lost it all in porpotions (sp) and that she was very happy for me - wanted to get me on birth control - which was funny - so I am really proud of my self - I did have to do some inner searching the last time I saw my surgeon because it made me feel like a failure when I saw him - him telling me that I needed to stcik to the program and that I was either eating too much or too little - so I started eating mre - well actually I make 2 32 oz cups of iced coffee with my vanilla protein shake and drink those all day along with whatever i have been eating and needless to say it has helped I've lost 15 since the last time I weighed myself - so thanks for letting me share - SS

Annnndddd Drrrruuuuummmmmm Roooollllllll You know whats so good about your drum roll??? The rest of us can carry it for you. Just think last Dec if you asked for a drum roll I would have told you I'll meet you at the end of the field when you finished. Probably with and oxygen tank for all of us. I need to try that I LOVE coffee and thats how I drink my protein every morning, ice down., Don't know what I am going to do when it gets cold. I don't know but I thought I read some where that the protein drink looses it powder after so long. Any one else know about this. I would hate to be hiding behind my CAFFINE er coffee and the protein isn't holding up.

Good job!!!! I am down 120.5 lbs, and it is so huge... Still have 50 lbs to my goal, but look and feel so much better and younger. Feels great, huh? Good for you!!! Since my surgery I have used syntrax nectar for my protein drink. I drink 2 a day now for 46 gr protein. ( 2 scoops in 16 oz water total) my daughter visited from kansas city awhile back, and missed her coffee... ( she is 1 mo. Ahead of us post-op and down about 160 lbs! I never was a coffee drinker. Anyway syntrax makes a coffee flavored nectar ("cappacino") check on ask jeeves to see who has it cheapest. I have bought it for about $22 for 2 lbs container. Local stores sell it for $33 or more. Make sure it is mixed well and chilled. Then if is smooth, warm it up. ( I drink it cold, but my daughter says it lumps if you just try to mix and warm it.
