Curious..How many calories are you taking in NOW?

My Dr. told me my iron was on the low side of normal. I don't know the exact numbers. I'll have it retested in September. My Bone denisity test also came back bad and I have to take Boniva once a month now. I understand what you mean when you say you can eat more. Some days I seem so hungry and unfortunately I have eaten my share of sugary things ( a bite here or there, but still too much). I'm afraid if I eat bread or pasta I'll binge so I haven't tried it and won't. I still don't handle chicken, roast, and most other types of meat well. I rarely eat veggie's or fruit (unless it's in my cottage cheese) so I guess that's why I feel deprived. My typical meal is Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg or 1 packet Kashi Go Lean (high protein) oatmeal, snack- 1 ounce 2% mild cheddar cheese, Lunch - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with fruit or a protein bar, supper- 1 cup chili or 1 -2 oz of meat and a spoonful of beans. I do find myself wanting snacks in between meals and it's so frustrating because I'm afraid I'll gain my weight back. The other day I had a ta****runched up) with meat, cheese, and refried (fat free) beans on top and it was so good I was tempted to get another one. The family had rice with their's and that was hard because I love rice. Anyway, enough of that! I've lost 90 lbs and feel much better about myself so I just need to be thankful that I've come so far!

Howdy. I keep a food journal daily- I find if I don't I get very anxious I average between 700 and 900 most days. Around my period I'll be at 1000-1100 without fail, lol. My protein count averages at about 60-70. I actually started the food journal because my weight loss slowed WAY down at one point and when I started journaling it I was surprised to see I was eating way more than I thought. So it helps me to be honest!
