Unhealthy stuff...

Oh no, you are not alone. I was doing very well until I started working at the bank. We have cookies, candies, rootbeer floats, free lunches, and junk junk junk.... Some people actually got mad at me because I would not eat a snickers bar! But my downfall in pizza, soda, and candy and I will NOT eat them. I know it sounds a little harsh, but for me, it's like taking drugs. Because I may be able to eat just one and be okay, but I may get addicted and then go back into my old patterns. But I have had cheese its and cookies and tootsie rolls. I had a bite of a donut and it made me so nauseous I had to make my self throw up.
Not good!
I have been trying to push my protein diet at work and I have convinced one other girl. We are junk free together. So while everyone else is eating mexican food, we're sucking down our shakes. I like the idea of a weekly check in. It would help to keep food intake in focus! Which I sometimes forget!
