do you drink soda?
I would just add this caution-- My nut said that if your tea or soda has caffeine in it, it causes you to pass more liquid OUT than you took IN (a dehydrating effect). Then you need to take in a bit of extra non-caffeine fluid to get to your daily goal. I notice that if I am not getting enough fluids, I get constipated. Also, if it's really hot, I need to drink more than usual.
