For the longest stall. 24 days and counting. I'm ready to lose my freaking mind. Usual neurotic thoughts are in my head - am I done losing, it's my fault somehow, I'm going to have to have a revision etc. At two weeks I was still ok with the stall. But now.. It's wreaking havoc on me!

Hi girl Ninja, I just broke my longest stall, the entire month of May, so I gotta you beat.. I know how depressing it is.. I am still bummed about it. I feel like I just blew the whole month. One less month to lose weight, I fill like I have to get it done asap.. or my window of opportunity will close.. Hang in there.. that is what everyone here told me when I wrote last week, and it helps to know that your not alone. take care, Lynn

I feel the exact same way. I am down 58 lbs. and have not lost anything since May 10th.

I think it must be something to do with the 4 to 5 month mark myself. I actually gained a couple of pounds and lost them again in April, now in May, I've lost a couple more. I think when my energy returned and I started working out so much, my body went back into starvation mode because of all the calories I was burning exercising. Once I started upping my protein and cutting back on carbs, it finally started reversing. I think protein and water are the two most important things and if you don't get enough, your body says 'wait a minute'! Also, when I cut back my workouts a bit, I started loosing again. Not sure if any of this will help you, just take it for what it is! Diona

I have lost 93 lbs now, but only 33 in the last 3 months, it is getting slower and slower. My nutritionalist said if I stall more than 3 wks, go back to journaling food and emotions, and see if I can see anything that I am doing or not doing which is creating it. ???
