Another question
I have really slowed down since I cleared that 100lb mark. Can't complain because I have still lost 6 more pounds. What I can not understand and if any one can break it down in kindergarten terms please do.
How can we go into a stall not drop a pound and still loose inches?????????
I can not understand how this happens or exactly what is happening. I tried on a pair of Lee 18 jeans that I couldn't even bring the zipper teeth close to each other. Last night I got them zipped. I couldn't breath or walk but they were closed. I haven't really dropped that much JUST the 6lbs in the last few weeks. So can any one tell me how can you not loose weight but loose inches???

Are you exercising more? I find that I'm trading fat for muscle since I started working out so much. That's how you can loose inches but not pounds. I'd say you are doing great though because some weeks I haven't lost anything and I gained a couple pounds when I first started exercising - now I'm starting to loose again. I can't believe how many inches I've lost though!
