1. Pre-op weight/Current weight/Goal weight?? 479.5/355/175
2. What types of exercise? How often? Mostly just walking around. I'm in Real Estate Investing so I look at a lot of houses, so lots of walking and stairs. And then there is the renovating.
3. Favorite food? Bacon, steak, shrimp, crab legs
4. Any problems, concerns, issues? Anybody know where to find unsalted pumbin and sunflower seeds? The salt is killing my lips!
5. Any advice you have to offer? Cheetos are evil!!!!
