Glad to hear you are doing so well. You've lost almost as much as I weighed when I started (295). Keep up the great work!
I haven't been around much lately either. I was back in the hospital with yet another kidney stone, then started a new job on Nov. 6th here in Jax. I worked 4 days and ended back in the hospital again with another GI Bleed. They've decided it is a bleeding ulcer, and I had taken a small amount of Excedrin Migraine, and the aspirin made me bleed again. ABSOLUTELY NO MORE ASPIRIN FOR ME AS LONG AS I LIVE.... Sure hope I don't need asiprin for any heart related stuff as I get older. I'm back at work now, and trying to recover from the holiday eating I did.

WOW. 275 pounds ! That's like two whole people ! You must be so proud. This is a great update. Very inspirational and really appreciated. Thanks and keep up the great work.
I haven't heard from Vera in a while. I hope her educational pursuits are going well. That's the thing, we all get more active and find new pursuits that keep us away from the boards. I love it when the long-lost do a "check-in".
I'm still struggling to lose my last 24 pounds. I am down 120 pounds, to 174 pounds total weight. I want to reach 150 and then I am going to consider some plastics. Are you thinking about any plastics?
I've been job hunting. After 21 years at the same place, I've been streamlined out of a job. Being of "normal" body size certainly provides more confidence when job hunting. I feel certain of success. Life is good.
