Topic: Having Laser Eye Surgery on December 23rd

Hello December Surgery Buddies I decided, since I'm not done losing and not quite ready for plastic surgery, that I would treat myself to laser eye surgery for Christmas. I'm having the surgery on Saturday, December 23rd. My pre-op is Thursday, December 21st. I'm starting a new job on December 27th, with new eyes and my new body. My confidence level is really improved from what is was like when I was morbidly obese. I'm looking forward to reaching goal and having some plastics in late 2007. I will also be attending my first OH Convention this year. They are booking a convention in Toronto, in late May 2007. I'm so looking forward to being able to attend and meet some of my OH friends. Hi Glori I have bought the "First Cleanse" product from GNC, but haven't tried it yet. I've heard from others that it is a good way to kick-start the weight loss. I'm still struggling with my last 24 pounds, so I will likely try a cleanse right after the holidays. I'm sticking to my routines and don't plan any indulgences over the holiday season. My only treat will be some alcohol with Christmas dinner or at my Christmas parties. Otherwise, I'm working hard on those last 24 pounds. I plan on making 2007 my year to reach goal. I'm treating myself to laser eye surgery on December 23rd. Since I'm not ready for plastics, I thought the eye surgery would be a nice fit with my ongoing extreme personal makeover. LOL Happy Holidays !

We are all sharing our 2 year anniversaries this month. Today is mine. I spent the morning running 4 miles in Central Park and then my husband bought me some new running clothes to celebrate!

I posted some of my thoughts on reacing my 2 year anniversary on my blog (www.losingforlife.com). I hope everyone is enjoying this anniversary month and holiday season. Mary

I haven't been around in a while either. I am doing good, I'v lost 310 pounds and have been approved by insurance for a tummy tuck, thigh lift and butt lift! I am glad to hear that you are doing good as well. Have a Happy Holiday!

Hey eveyone LONG time no post!

I was wondering what any of you have heard about or personal experiences with colon cleansing?? My hubby is on this kick and had "great" results so I was thinking about trying it? I can't seem to find any info on whether it would be safe for us to do or not? Any input?? Hope everyone ha**** their goal and are loving it!! Glori
