Hi Brenda Yes I sure have... I'm not proud by any means either... I've gained about 20 lbs now and I am so frustrated with myself... Just goes to show that ya still gotta be careful with choices in food... I personally have been snacking and drinking things with high amounts of calories again so I've done it to myself... it's sooooo hard to get back on track now... I'm trying although it's extremely frustrating at the time... But I know it's still possible to turn things around... Just know you're not alone Brenda... You too can turn things around.... I just need the motivation I once had! Time for me to dig out those SMO (Super Morbidly Obese) pics again!!! That usually reminds me of where I once was and where I wanna go.... Goodluck hon!! Thanks Diana The eye surgery went perfectly. I highly recommend it. Both eyes were done in less than 10 minutes. I can see clearly now. LOL Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. All the best for 2007 Karen G
