Hi everyone! Donna, sorry about your aunt, that's such an awful thing to go thru. Wow I can't believe it's been so long since I've been here. Everything is going well at our house. Just trying to keep warm in this freeze we're having in Northern Ohio. Last night it was -4 . It must have been a damp cold cause it seemed much colder. I'm with the rest of you.... I gain and loose the same 10 pounds, but the fear of gaining makes me take it off. My problem is I'm still the compulsive eater and the surgery hasn't changed that! I'm glad I stopped by here and read how everyone is doing. I'll try to get back more..... I can't believe its been over 2 years!!! Much Love to all, Judy

I had started doing a lot of snacking between meals and eating more than I should at meals. I'm just trying to stop snacking so much and reducing portions. I'm not counting calories. It has taken me 2 months to lose the 10 lbs. One thing I've noticed is that the 'honeymoon period' is definitely over and it takes just as long to lose weight as it did before the surgery. The first nine months after surgery, the weight came off so much easier. Just try your best to keep from gaining more, 'cause it is definitely harder to lose. You will get back on track.

I think that we all may need to get back on the road to losting... I know I do!!! I know that hormones and not help. LOL... But it is apart of our lifes... Brenda
