Hello
You look wonderful my dear
You can lose inches and not pounds so yes you can drop in pants and top sizes and the scale won't move.
I love those ******y numbers your wearing in your pictures

Topic: New Pics on Profile
Hi Everyone,
I just posted this on the main board but wanted to post over here with the December Crew also.
I have added 2 new pictures to my profile from Christmas day. I'm still weighing in at 180lbs and am struggling up a few pounds then down a few pounds but have not broke that 180 mark to see the 170's yet . I have dropped from a 13 Jr's jeans and a L top to an 11 Jr Jeans and M/L tops though, I don't know how because the scale has not budged but was pleased none the less .
I'm getting somewhat discouraged but truly DO know what I need to do to make the scale my friend again, I just have to find the willpower to do it. I'm very concerned with that 12-18 month losing timeframe, scared that I won't make it to my goal in the next 5 months (18 months post-op).
Anyway, thanks for listening and take a look at the new pictures if you'd like.
Have a great day!
Mandy

Mine cannot be from low blood sugar. I check my sugar several times a day and it is always within the normal range.

Congrats on your anniversary and your success to date. I like the way you measured your success in achievements, rather than in pounds. Great going !!!!
Keep up the good work.

I was told to eat small meals through the day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and three snacks also.
