Topic: RE: Hair up date
I had 6 inches trimmed off it in April 2005. As the new hair is growing back in... so is my length returning. I prefer long hair, even though it is more work. I now have a few 3-4 inch long strands that just don't do what I want it to do.... my solution was a care-free style, where it doesn't matter if every hair is in place. When I work, I use gel to slick it into a bun, which makes the loss unnoticable.
I use Biotin H24 shampoo and a good conditioner, which has allowed the hair to retain its moisture and texture. If you are experiencing dry hair, it may be a result of the season. Winter is tough on hair. Speak to your stylist, before you make changes that you might not be happy with.

Hi Kelly,
I'm not sure how you get one. Here in Texas we have
a lady that makes special ones for us Texans. All we
do is email her and send her our info and pic. You
should check on your state board. Good luck.
(((hugs)))

Topic: RE: I did it !!! -201 lbs.
Diana,
I'm wearing 14s and 16s in pants. I carried most of my weight in my stomach and I have a really big panni. I don't think I'll get too far down in pants sizes until I have plastic surgery. I saw one ps for a consultation and he estimated he would take off between 18-22 pounds with a lower body lift. That would make a huge difference in clothing for me.
Take care,
Mary

Jane,
Thanks. I agree that it is hard not to let the scales be your life - I have the same problem. I hope these little stales I have teach me patience to hold on to my goal. I'd love to get to a normal bmi weight which would be about another 24 pounds. We'll see.
Take care,
Mary
