Mine is kind of getting better at least it was before my plastics surgery. I kind of had it falling out again after that surgery but I think it's getting better.

Hey Donna,
Well we've been doing pretty good till this week and my husband had some kind of episode and we ended up going to the ER but they couldn't tell what was happening, that is so frustrating. The Atkins diet will probably be a great idea.

I have never had a set goal, I just knew I wanted
to be a 12. Well now that I'm a 12 I want to be a 10. LOL

Hi December crew! I've been a lurker on this site from the very beginning of our journeys together, and haven't really posted anything on a regular basis. I was so excited this morning when I got on the scale, that I HAD to get on here to tell you guys my news. I made my personal goal weight today, and this weight puts me in the normal BMI range for my height as well!!!!! I NEVER though I'd see the day that this would happen. I am so thankful for this surgery, and for all of the help you guys have given me on the site by posting and encouraging one another. I wish you all continued success and health. Congrats to us all!
