My total loss is now 125 pounds! It is unbelievable to me. Slowly but surely the pounds are still coming off. I am thrilled beyond belief.

Dear Audrey,
How very wonderful. You and I weigh exactly the same, but I'd still like to lose 10 to 15 more lbs. for a BMI of 26, which my surgeon says is the best for longevity.
