Well, I got my rejection yesterday for my reconstructive surgery so here go the appeals. I LOVE to eat and seems that I do it the most when I am NOT hungry but stressed. Are you ever on i.m.?

Topic: Getting frustrated..
Well I'm going to be honest...
I have been in the 190.something range since Monday which was the last day of my period and I haven't lost anything.
I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day... there is no reason that I'm not losing! I mean I guess it's only been three days... but still! I never hit a plateu (i dont know how to spelle it) before... I mean before the big one where my weight loss stopped.
I guess I need to calm down.. and work out more... (I've kind of slacked on that)
I've NOT gained muscle... I'm sure thats not the problem.
Maybe I need to drink more water....

I was thinking about trying the 5 day pouch diet... but I don't think I would make it past day one... I mean I like food... I like eating...
i'm doing pretty well right now. I just had my period so I didn't really lose very much this weekend. We'll see though for this week.
Yeah my high school weight wa 250 pounds... so I NEVER want to be that weight again ha ha :)

I have gained 25 pounds more than I wanted. I had to gain about 20 because I thought that getting back to my h.s. weight would be perfect, BUT the older we get we dont always look good at the same weight as when we were younger. I tried the 5dpt and lost 2 but that was it. I will buy groceries this weekend and try it again.

Topic: The best snack.. EVER
I put two tablespoons of fat free cream cheese in a bowl and a little dab of italian dressing and mashed them together with a fork. Then I added 1/4 of a cup of imitation crab meat and mixed that up in there. Then I spread it all on a tortilla and rolled it up... It was Yummy!

Carbs: 23
Protein: 9
I probably could have added more protein less carbs if I had other than white flour tortillas... but I don't ... :)
Do you guys have any snack ideas? (or simple meals) I'm a single girl with a busy job... hehe :)

I wonder why it is that food ever becomes a comfort in the first place.... hmmm
