Great job! You are doing fantastic. It must have been a great feeling going up and down those ladders without a problem - knowing how it would have been for you before your wls. LIFE CERTAINLY IS GREAT!!!!

You should get the rashed documented by you pcp. You never know, you just might get approved by the insurance company (for a least part of the surgery anyway).

Hi Kathy,
Good to see you. I think we all can relate to that "been really busy lately" feeling. I completed my 1st half marathon last week. I was hoping to do it in under 3 hours, and I finished in 2:45:29, so I was thrilled! 
I am surprisingly still losing a little weight and I've lost a total of 130 pounds to date. I have more energy that I know what to do with and life is good!

April was a surprise for me, I lost 4 pounds. I had pretty much settled that my weight loss was done (at least until I have plastic surgery) so this was a nice surprise for me. You are doing great!
