Avoiding the scale might just work

I decided to say to hell with my scale for a while so I have not been weighting myself on a daily bases. It was to depressing for me. I decided that my scale needed some tender loving care this morning and I jumped on and what I shock I got Happy to report that my weight is coming off once again. I'm down to 155lbs, two pounds shy of what I was before this darn weight jumped back on me. Now it's keeping it off and staying around this weight. I don't want to go any smaller as I would have a lot of lose skin and I don't want that as I can't afford plastic sugery Donna 338/155

Congrats Donna. I know how you feel. I cut down to once-a-month weigh-ins in January 2006. I was finding it too depressing to see no losses. Now, at least I lose a pound or two. Congrats again. Happy Easter Karen G

I think we drive ourselfs nuts with that scale. It's going to jump up and down depending on what we eat and drink. Donna
