Did u lose in March?
Hi Ladies!
Wow March flew by!
I gained 6lbs! I have not been watching my calories, I have gone out 2 weekends and drank alchohol (sp?) (alot) that was alot of fluid calories! I am so ashamed! I really do feel so guilty for gaining . I am back on track now but scale has not moved.
Now that it is nice outside I have been walking the trails in the evening when I get off work and really pushing the water.
Believing April will be a better month!

We all have to remember that we are still human. I know we think we are not since having WLS but believe me we are human and make mistakes but it's seeing these mistakes and trying to do something about them and correcting them and we have each other to lean on which is a great big help.
Summer is around the corner and we need to get more active That's what I'm going to do but believe it or not. It's SNOWING here today I thought our snow was done and over with.

No - I gained 5 pounds - but it's my own fault. I'm afraid I haven't been making good food choices at all. Actually, my food choices are good - it's my constant snacking choices that get me in trouble. (girls scout cookies, peanut m&m's, and fiery hot pringles) I'm now trying to keep a can of almonds at my desk since I know I have a snacking problem. Congrats on the 3 pounds! I've been in 4's but they went from loose to tight with only a 5 pound gain? Anyway I haven't worked out in over a year - need to get back to the gym. Like everyone - I'm terrified of gaining this weight back so I have to do better!

Seems like I haven't lost anything in FOREVER....
And when I had my gallbladder out back on Feb 24th, I actually gained 9 lbs... I thought it was all fluid weight, but when it didn't come off in a few days, I knew better. I have been stuck between 175 and 180 for about 5 months. I would really like to lose another 10-20 lbs, but I am beginning to think it won't happen. I am hoping that with summer approaching, that I get get back into the excercise mode as well. I am tickled with the fact that I am wearing 12's (and a few 10's) but I'd love to get these last 10-20 off.
Been a busy time for me... Hockey season without a local team this year has meant ALOT of roadtripping for me. Finals for our (former) league are over the next week, so maybe once it is over, I can get back on track.

Hi Susan,
I hear ya...Just started excercising this past few weeks.
I think it's helped. I was so good for until about Nov. then
didn't do any till March. I wish I had the dedication some
people have to it. I really want to join a gym but it's so
expensive. Hubby wants to join too.

I had reached 4 pounds from my goal in mid March - (149 pounds) kept it off for a week and right now I am at 159 pounds - I keep gaining and loosing the same 5-10 pounds over and over - WHY you may be asking...head hunger and carb demons....argh the battle we all must face and conquer if we are going to make it....I am in a size 4 or 6 - I don't know why I am that small at 155 pounds but that is where I am...carb demons - I hate them - just say no....
