Did u lose in March?

Hello December crew, Boy this board is moving slow. How did you do in March? I lost three pounds. For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to excercise. I've been walking with my local support group. I even started back on my gazelle. I'm still in 12's. How is everyone else doing? Have a great day, Diana 379/176/?

Hi Diana I'm still sitting still but it's my own fault... I'm still fighting with the carb demons here and each day has been a struggle for me... I'm getting some walking in but my calories are too high from the carbs still so that's why I am sitting still... I did yo-yo the whole month with 3-4 pounds so it was a little up and down... I'm trying to start my day off better today and lay off the carbs a bit... I just made my favorite drin****d tea (decaff of course) so that should help me with the water intake which has also been low... I've just gotten a bit lazy here as of late & on top of that the doc has been changing my antidepressants cuz we are trying to find one that works for me... So it's got me a little off track... Good for you Diana! It sounds like you are doing so great still... I'm very happy for you and your success! You look great... (((HUGS))) Chelle

Thanks Chelle!!! I know what you mean about those carb demons. I'm in charge of 19 ladies that do food demos for me. I was sooooo good for the first year and now I want to try every demo. The other day I took a bite (quarter of a cookie) then I read the the nutrition chart. OMG I ate 8 carbs in one bite. (32 for the whole cookie) I don't think I dump. I really haven't pushed it. I do though get all my protein and fluids in everyday. Thanks for posting. Diana

Hi Diana, I stayed the same in March but I am happy about it. I don't want to lose anymore, except for what I lose when I get my plastics. It has been a good month for me. I am starting to believe that I will be ok and not gain everything back. That's what I was worried about at the beginning of March. Now I am beginning to trust myself! Thanks for checking in! I gained 10 pounds I went from 153 up to 163 and even saw the scale jumped to 166 I'm trying to watch what I'm eating and I'm actaully on a shrimp kick right now so I'm down to 161. If my body wants me around this weight then fine but I just don't want to start putting all my weight back on. I have off the next three days and I'll be busy painting my living room. My son and husband just laid down a new hard wood floor in my living room. Now it's talking him into doing my steps and the landing on the top of the steps Donna

Hi Donna, There you are. I've been wondering where you have been. I bet your new floor looks great. I would love a wood floor. Yeah, this weight yo yo stuff is for the birds. One day I weigh one thing and the next day it's something else. Take care and thanks for posting. Diana

I'm still here just been busy with work and trying to improve my home a little. Carpet is the worse thing when you have dogs Now I'm having to make the hard decision to give up my bird and it's pulling at my heart I love him to death but since going nights at work I don't seem to have the time or give him the attention he needs and that's not fair to him. I'm trying to stay off that darn scale but it's hard. Donna

Well, I only weigh on the 15th of the month....but I was down a couple pounds on March 15th. I finally made it into the 180's. Next mini-goal is to make it out of the 180's. LOL Karen G 294 / 189 / 150
