I finally did it!
I am under 200 lbs. I now weigh 198! I can't hardly believe it.
I really worked hard for this especially these past 10 days.
Here is what helped I think:
1. at least 64-80 oz of fluids (calorie free)
2. ate only 3 meals ( no snacking or grazing )
3. no eating after 7pm
4. a little more excercise ( I still need to work on that)
Just 2 more lbs and my bmi will be "overweight" not "obese"

I am 4 pounds from 200 and I can't believe it. Haven't seen the onerlanders since college days back in the 1960's. Hurrah for me and all of us who decided to take back our lives with this surgery.
