Since it is so cold out I think soup sounds great! What is everyone's favorite soup recipe? Please share! I really like bacon cheesy brocolli (sp?) (my hubby makes it so I don't have the recipe) Have a great weekend! Kelly 415/207

I eat a lot of Tomato soup as my pouch don't seem to do well with food anymore I'm starting to give up on eating all together as solid foods don't like me. I get such an upset stomach and cramping anymore and I'm just tired of it. This is why I have not been posting here in the past few days I'm just sitting alone and wondering what's going on with my body. I'm not starving to death as I'm not losing or gaining but I'm not feeling well and I do a lot of Right now I have my husband to deal with so I need to put my own issues off to the side. We have one more tests for Ron and then maybe I can go and see my surgeon and tell him to do tests or kick me in the ass. Donna

Donna, I'm worried about you. I know you have a lot to deal with getting things sorted out with Ron, but you should be able to eat. Please make an appointment and get in to see your surgeon. Also, are you getting in protein shakes while you aren't able to tolerate solid foods. You need to get your nutrition. Take care, Mary 302/178.5/1??

Donna, Don't worry Honey, you will get through this. I know for my tummy stress can really send me for a loop in terms of eating. This last week has been mostly protein shakes and protein pudding and not much else. Nothing at all with much substance, I just haven't been able to handle it. I have lost like 6 lbs in this last week and a half from not eating, but I think it is getting better. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Take care, Loni

My husband pointed out that a lot of my problem is stress and worrying about him ever since he got sick last year and had that brain surgery and now his bleeding. I'm freaking out every time he is late from work. I said NO I'M NOT and he started laughing and said. How many times did you call me from NJ to home in PA? He said you called me at my mothers as he took his mother out for dinner. He told me two hours before getting home but must stop by wal-mart and so make it around three hours. Then he said I called half an hour later to check up on me. He said you called me at least 4 to 5 times. He told me to take up Yoga as it will calm my nerves I have always been the kind of person to worry all the time. My mother was the same way. He also pointed out that I'm going back to my old habits of not chewing well and I paid close attention to that this morning at breakfast and he is right. Donna 338/154

Donna, Girlie you really need to take up yoga. Take a deep breathe and calm down, lol that is what my husband is always saying to me.. I know how it is to worry though, when Don went through those heart problems in August I thought I was going to go crazy with worry. Loni

I do remember you worrying about your husband and how is he doing today? Our husbands don't understand they are our rock and strength. My husband stood next to me through all my health issues and is still standing beside me. Now I must be his rock and strength to help him get through his ordeal. I'm going to go low Carb, Atkins diet and see if I can drop some more of this weight. If I'm going to eat I might as well eat ZERO or close to ZERO carbs. I lost like 7lbs the first week I started Atkins a few years ago. I need to do something to jump start my weight loss once again. I had to laugh as I got this in my email this morning. I should have joined right after my WLS and not told them I had WLS and I would have won http://assets.biggestloserclub.com/landing_page.asp?cm_mmc=evolve-_-EL-_-evolve-_-R20802&keycode=R20802 Donna 338/154

Hey Donna, Well we've been doing pretty good till this week and my husband had some kind of episode and we ended up going to the ER but they couldn't tell what was happening, that is so frustrating. The Atkins diet will probably be a great idea. Loni

Hi Kelly, I'm not much of a cook. Hubby does most of the cooking. I was just thinking some homemade chili sounds good. I might ask him to make some tomorrow. Girl it's past time for you to request your double century card. I got mine up and I'm so proud of it. Your doing awesome. Congratulations!!! (((hugs))) Diana
