What I ATE... not a good WOW moment...
Good Morning Everyone! Happy Valentime's Day to everyone!
First, I have to confess and say that I have been off track over the weekend, cookies, Sonic, and carbs... OH MY! Yesterday was much better, back to protein, carbs under 25, calories around 1100. Much Much better. Then this morning I woke up STARVING, I could chew the paint off the wall. Good Grief.
For breakfast I managed to eat a whole 1 egg omelet w/ cheese and a 4oz container of LF cottage cheese. Then finished i****sp of NSA Peanut Butter.... HOLY COW, Am I supposed to be able to eat that much at 14 months post-op? It seems like a whole lot to me, I have noticed that I can eat more AGAIN in the last week or so.
Big Sigh... I'm so struggling to reach my goal weight and still need to lose about 38lbs to get there. Does anyone honestly believe that's still possible for me at 14 months out already? If the honeymoon theory holds true then I've only got another 4 months to lose, and I have not been losing every month and have had some serious weight flucuations since my PS 1/18/06.
I'm really starting to stress over the time crunch and over the fluctuations in weight. Any wisdom and advice is welcome but please no negative comments as I am feeling very sensitive and emotional right now.
Thanks for your time,
Mandy
320/175/182.5/*goal 145* (was hoping to get to goal by my big day 8/26/06 but am really starting to doubt myself now)
Thanks Karen! I'm doing much better these last few days and have actually dropped 1.5lbs!!! THAT ROCKS! I'm very excited to see the scale going down again.
I have faith in you too! You can do this, I've read tons of your posts and you seem very dedicated to your eating and exercise, what discipline to have! Congrats on your loss and good luck on your last 40lbs.
Mandy
I know how you feel but I totally beleive it is doable. It is just going to be hard. I have 30-40lbs to get to a goal so I know that it is the excercise that is really going to help burn those extra pounds away.
Stay positive! You look beautiful and have come such a long way, You can make it to goal!
Good luck and know that alot of us still have weight to lose and are right along with you.
Kelly
Thanks so much Kelly. I'm back on track now and have actually lost 1.5lbs w/ the arrival of my "friend"... It's wonderful to see the scale going down!
Good luck on your last 30-40lbs, you have such a great attitude about it. I know you'll get to where you want to be. I agree w/ you about the
exercise being the key to losing the last of it. I'm back in the game now and will stick to this routine until I make it to goal and beyond!
Congratulations on your loss, it's amazing how far you've come and you're a beautiful woman.
