Hello Brenda,
I eat the same thing almost everyday.
B~ special k cereal with low carb high protein milk or a
protein shake
S~ yogurt and a cheesestick
L~ one slice of low carb bread with turkey and cheese
or left overs from dinner or Wendy's chili
S~ sugar free popsicle or a slice of low carb bread with
s/f jelly and peanut butter
D~ chicken with some veggies
