Sleeping alot
 If you aren't getting enough protein you most definatly will be lacking in energy and sleeping a lot.  I was very bad at getting my protein this last summer and I slept most of the summer away, as well as almost passing out because I was so weak.  Please Please take my advice and get all that protein in.  There really is a reason they have you take it.  It took me a long time to find some I liked.  But once I did things have improved tremendously.  Not that you don't need blood work also, you could be low in iron or Vit B also.  I just am sharing what happened with me.  Good luck.  Cindy G.
