FOOD!! Venting

That's so cute. You appetite has a life of it's own I don't really get an appetite, like hunger pains in my pouch. I get light headed and cramping real low in my intestines. A lot of times when I eat I' not hungry, it's a bad habit we all get into and hard to brake and that's why I love working but today I'm off and it's raining, wind blowing and dark out so I'm staying in doors. All right gals, let's do something about this. I'm in the same boat. ...craving carbs, sweets -- ate 1/2 apple fritter this a.m. for a snack and a donut this afternoon. Can't believe I'm admitting this to anyone. Well, I admitted it to my buddy Donna in an earlier e-mail. Anyhow, let's make a commitment to each other to do something really positive tomorrow -- just for tomorrow, okay? Tomorrow, I'm going to log my food and be sure to get all my water in. Hey, it's a start. Also, our new treadmill is being delivered tomorrow, and I will get on it FOR SURE. I've got to go to work as soon as it gets here and I work from 11:30 to 7:30, so I'll walk for about 15 min. after I get home. Okay, how about you???? Love, Mary P. S. Too bad I don't dump.

Morning sunshine I'll try it but can't be sure I'll write everything down as I don't eat much while at work. I got some fruit in the house now and am going to try and push that on myself instead of crackers and all the wrong foods. I need to get on my treadmill also seeing that I'm going nights starting Monday night. I'll be activate at night but not as activateas I am with the day shift. I dump on certain foods and if I eat to much sweets I'll dump. Get hot, sweaty, tired and feel the need to lay down and sleep it off. There is a web site out there that you can use for free and it tracks everything for you but can't recall the name of it right now. Donna 338/157 PS: My size 10 pants are getting a little lose on me

Hi Donna I know what you mean yesterday I had a day like that ate ate ate Small amonts but ate mostly crackers must be the carbs . I hope It means im about to lose agian ! Havent lost for three weeks now . Im 13 months out and have lost 128 lbs . Im stuck at 159 Id like to lose at least another 15. God less Danielle
