hey sorry it took so long to reply i have no puter anyhew i have lost 160 pounds wohoo i went from a size 26/28 to a ******y size 5 im feelin great and loving life my dr says stop loosing but im not trying it seems im eating all day lol still eating 4 oz but i can esat anthing except some resturounts but i almost never get sick and i love it 289/129 12/09/04
