Hi Ya! My husband Mike (12/06/04) has lost 177 lbs (80% of excess weight) and I (Cathy Spencer-12/20/04) have lost 192 lbs (70% of excess weight). Mike is 15 lbs from goal and I am 48 lbs from goal. So, add another 369 lbs to the total lost!!!! www.picturetrail.com/cathyspencer
