Hi Liz My name is Carol I have lost 80lb sents Dec.8,2004. I am starting to slow up now .Can you tell me is anyone eles having this problem? I still have 30 sum more pound to go to get to where the doctor want's me to be. Please help me!!!!!!! anyone thanks Carol

I had my surgery Dec. 8th also! I stopped about 3 months ago. My Dr. told me that I am probably not going to lose anymore unless it comes straight from me now. He said your body only does so much for you after surgery. Once you hit that spot it is all you. That means that if I want to lose anymore I have to work at it. Increase my work-outs! I have been trying to do that now and i guess you could say it worked! My jeans are fitting a little better. I am still at the same weight but I am inches smaller! I just wanted to add my wieght loss for Dec 2004 babies. I have gone from 221 lbs to 109 lbs! That's 112 lbs!

. Something elesee that might be fun to add is inches lost. On my one yr annivesary i took my measurements for the 1st time in about 6 months compared them to my measurements when I started out and I had lost a total of 66 inchs all over...just a thought ladies and gentlemen.
