My anniversary was Dec 16, and I am down 160 pounds!

I love tying my shoes without thinking about it, and being able to walk up steps without getting winded! I feel more like myself, since i was not heavy until I had kids. My loss is slowing now, but I hope to lose 70 more pounds! Debbie, Warren County, Nj 344/184/???
