New Year's Resolution
Good morning gang
I'm going to try and start eating better.
Taking my vitamins everyday (yes I'm guilty of that as charged)
Start exercising. Seeing that I'll be going on the night shift at the end of January I don't want to start gaining my weight back.
Stop letting every little thing stress me out.

I have never followed thru with a NYR yet, but this year I have made up my mind that I will give my husband more of my attention. I think at our age, he's 63 and I'm 60, that I'd better!!! We have so much responsibility, with our little kids that sometimes I don't give Jim as much as I should.
Annnnddddd...... of course keep my little lips away from those evil carbs!! I find that even now I still am an impulse and emotional eater. I love my new body and want to keep it that way. I finally made it to a size 8 pants.... What a WOW...... Love and a hundred hugs.. Judy
That's a very sweet thought Judy.
I think I'll start giving more of my time to my husband. Starting with TRYING to keep our house cleaner so his asthma is not acting up. With my early morning hours I'm just tired when I get home. It's the dust that I think stirs his attacks and with winter here everything is closed up.
