hApPy AnNiVeRsArY to me!!

It's been one year, and I've lost 106 pounds! I couldn't be happier!! I went from a size 22/24 to a size 5 !! Granted, I've stayed at this same weight since August; however, it's obviously where my body is most comfortable so who am I to complain! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO THE ENTIRE DECEMBER CREW!!! Congratulations to you.... It has been a yr for me also and i went from a 30/32 to a 16/18 not as well as you i wish i was a size 5 but i have been at 207# for almost a month now and for some reason my scales will not move at all, but i am ecstatic for the 150 # weight loss so far.... By the way could you let me in on what your daily meal plan is I am curious to see what someone else that is out a year is able to eat and take in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
