1 Year Check up

Okay I had my first year check up... And Dr Boone tells me I am doing great... And that if He had more patients look me it would be to easy... He is a great doctor, he is a teacher... I just thought I would share some happy news... Brenda 272/160/140

Brenda, Good for you!!! I didn't make it to my year check up.... I should though, I'm really happy with my progress.... My last one was great.. My hubby was in the hosp. (small stroke) he's fine though ( I'm so happy) Our weight is about the same I started at 271 and now I'm just about in the high 140's (my scale is broken---- the evil thing!! Love to all==== Judy
