Hello Everybody!!! WOW I can't believe it's been a year already. Hasn't been easy for me but at least I was able to loose 65 lbs. and improve my health. I have been off all meds since the day before surgery. I'm definetly going to try to loose another 20 lbs. if I can. Thanks to everybody on the board that has helped me by posting all kinds of useful information and support. Hope everybody has a wonderful Christmas and a terrific New Year. I'm 5'10" and as of this morning I'm 185 lbs and I'm wearing size 14 and some 12's. Hugs,

Donna, I'm sure you've heard the warnings that drinks can affect you differently after the surgery. I've drank a few times since my surgery and it doesn't take much to make me happy
