Hey everyone, I have been gone for a while,but I am back. You all are doing sooo good and you look great too. I have been very busy with, well, LIFE!! It is great. I have lost ..are you ready for this?..............................230lbs and I am coming up on my 1 year this month..I am doing excellent my doctor said and I ahve have not had any problems THANK GOD! You all are so much a part of my life and will always be. Please email me and lets catch up and chat..I love you all soo much and we are all a good looking bunch of folks.......Hey lets just see how much we have lost. I will get the total in one week and send it to Dateline (NBC) and we all will be famous ok?..Love ya I will start this off with my loss of 230lbs......please participate we all should be proud of the job we have done.230lbs and counting.

Hi Ron Love you also and missed you something awful. Your the MAN That's wonderful that you lost so much weight I have lost a total of 175lbs and I'm around 163lbs but I like what I see in the mirror and I'm in a size 10 pants. As you can see I have changed my handle My husband is taking me out to lunch or dinner tomorrow and maybe I'll have him take some new shots of me in my new sexy out fit What about you Ron and some new pictures?? We are all so wonderful. We are so different from where we started a year ago. Sometimes it is hard to fathom. I am down 175lbs. At 6ft tall I am 181 lbs. I haven't been this weight since high school, and let me tell you, that was a very long time ago. Now people are jealous of my long legs. Funny cause my legs haven't lengthened any! Proud of myself and all of you! Terri

Hey Ron, It's so nice to see you here. Oh my good golly you are doing such an amazing job with your weighloss, I'm so happy for you. Well I've lost 103#, and am getting ready to go in on December 19th to have my skin removed from my tummy, yeahhhhhhhhh. God has been so good to me and got me through all of this and I truly feel blessed beyond measure. It's amazing how much life has changed from this time last year, and I love it.
