Goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made my personal goal!!!!! I started this journey at 305 lbs, 43 BMI, size 26 ( I am 5'11). Today, 358 days later, I am 165, 23 BMI, size 8. I have lost 140 pounds!!!! I made my goal one week shy of my 1 year anniversary!! I am so happy I could cry ... but I can't because I just put my makeup on and i need to leave for work. Now I aim for my primary doctor's goal - she wants me at 150. So, 15 pounds to go... but I am going to take that one slowly.... Hugs to everyone! Laura ... @ GOAL!!
