Anniversary!!
Greetings All:
Happy Holidays to you all. My goodness, I haven't been on this page in a while and I just wanted to say, thank you all for your wonderful support through-out the months of my weight loss. Today is my anniversary. When I went in for surgery, I weighed 258 pounds. I'm happy to say I weigh 163 pounds. I feel fantastic and I must add I look great.
For those of you getting ready to undergo this life alterating procedure, Congrat's. You are making a wise decision. If I had to do it again, hands down I would. For all those that have had the surgery and loving their new look, Keep up the good work.
Stay well and remember to take your vitamins every day.

Today is the one year anniversary for me too. I started a year ago today at 312 and now weigh 166. I have been able to stop several medications I was on and I can exercise and live my life to the fullest now. What a wonderful gift we were given last year, don't ya think? Wow it has been one year already! Happy Anniversary all of us December Crew. I'm overjoyed w/ tears! I am so happy to be alive and healthy and normal. I thank God evryday sometimes several times a day for this wonderful new life. This is definatly getting harder as the time goes by but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
