The last two nights I worked the night shift and with a wonderful lady named Nancy. We not only work well together but get along. Come to find out if I get the position I'll be working on her team Her team is only the two of us I have mixed feelings as I love getting my residents up in the morning but I like the laid back night shift. I get to see a part of the residents that the night shift never gets to see and that's them awake, interacting (sp) with them and knowing their personalities. They don't get to know the residents as personal as I have and Nancy found it interesting with all the information I was telling her about each and every resident.
